That always helps to get word out, I don't see a lot of people that I used to unless I go to their accounts & see what they are posting it doesn't always show up on my TL for some reason.

Why did they lock you out? I know I've locked myself out but if you've got your account name, email address & password you normal can get back in. Tbh though a lot of people have left or aren't on there very much anymore as they don't enjoy it like they did. I'm on Instagram as well

Good don't give up until you get that appointment John & don't just settle for painkillers until they know for sure there's nothing else going on please, get them to investigate & refer you for a scan/MRI .
