Spoon tomato/bean/cheese over the top of each toast and serve

After ~30min sauce should be set (let it go if it still looks soupy at all). Add cheese over the top.

Put in oven under broiler and keep watch. Wait for cheese to brown slightly and then remove

You have a pan of molten lava so while it cools slice your bread, butter it and put under broiler.

Start with skillet on stove over medium heat. Add tomatoes and season generously with s+p

Open beans. Strain. Rinse. Add to simmering tomatoes.

Add herbs. As sauce reduces/thickens slice mozz thin. You want enough slices to cover the skillet. Turn on broiler.
