Yes, these are good political benefits.

I was more after to see if this kind of storage would be a profitable investment even independent of the utilities that profit from the fluctuations. That would make expansion more likely IMHO.

Correct. That's good info that I am regularly communicating to people.

The question was however if the business model separates the storage from the utility company or if it is integrated in the utility. I.e. whether the additional info that the utility company has makes the difference.
