Artists who made big $ pre-streaming are struggling to adapt. Not saying they don’t deserve more from streams, but physical media was on borrowed time. It's mostly for enthusiasts now (I’m one), but it can’t carry production, distribution, and payment costs like it used to.

While of course personal freedom and free markets aren't inherently bad, out of touch leeches like Bezos who champion those ideals invariably do so at the cost of societal responsibility.

A miscarriage of justice would be to punish one convicted person much more harshly than all the other convicted who committed the same crime. One thing pardons should do is protect from a miscarriage of justice. This pardon does that.
