I imagine this will only increase demand for Burnaby's 50 metre 10 lanes of swimming at our new Burnaby Lake Recreation Centre set to open in 2028.

Happy Nowruz! The immense downpour did not prevent the community from coming out to celebrate the New Year. The blazing bonfire and warm soup helped keep us warm and dry.

Very sad day for local news. I know so many Burnaby residents who rely on this outlet to stay connected on what's happening at city hall and in their community I also feel for the dedicated staff who have been working hard to keep us informed for over 40 years.

I'm so glad to see kids having fun while learning a valuable life skill. My goal is that we can expand the free program to all grade 5 Burnaby students.
