Also tested the MAX98357A that I mentioned before. I'll integrate that later once I have the syncing complete and I start work on the alarm part.

I also finally got the MAX98357 module yesterday. I'll integrate it into the project as I work on the UI.

I've also added dummy values to the page so that I can mess with the formatting and width of the weather panels so I can make the page respond better when the size changes, because I have an issue where the panels on the right start to go offscreen from about 1776px to 1400px.

I should have some time to work on this tomorrow, so maybe I'll post some more. I do need to get in the habit of posting more often. I don't really have that instinct yet to just quickly write a post immediately any time something interesting happens.

Although I did recently switch from writing the webpage in Notepad to VS Code, which can I say is SO MUCH better for readability.

Yeah I could probably use Figma or whatever alternative, but I've already made a lot of progress and frankly I would like to learn how to code this stuff in normal form before switching to using frameworks or other fancy dev tools.

Getting web pages to be responsive with raw CSS as a noob is such a pain I swear, but it's satisfying when it works out. As is with a lot of things.

At this point it's just best for me to start with this, and if there are any issues, I'll use something else.

It's so painful looking at my code and trying to figure out what it does. I really should make a flowchart or system diagram or whatever they're called so I don't have to retrace my footsteps as much.
