There is a legal argument for this though. As pointed out by Farron Cousins, someone who accepts a pardon accepts their guilt and can be compelled to testify without recourse to the 5th. Tmurp would be forced to testify against all his many, many cronies.

Hey from what I've seen on the trailers for it they could seriously be different class people in the same universe so I get the comparison.

What laws did you break that requires a pardon MTG? Accepting a pardon means accepting guilt of the crime(s) committed. You just admitted to doing crimes you absolute spoon.

It is looking like extreme and selective violence may be your only option. Have to hope that's not necessary but it's certainly the choice that Cheeto Mussolini and his cronies would make if the tables were turned (obvs in some bizzaro world version of reality)
