What are you even on about? Scale is absolutely not subjective, it's relative, and if you don't get that then maybe you're the one who needs to go back to 4th grade...

That's not deceiving at all, if something is small on the scale which you measure things in its category then it absolutely should be regarded as that. If someone doesn't understand why then it is their job to educate themselves or ask someone who is more educated in that topic to explain it.
