Wont be publicising my spotify wrapped as since having a baby my once carefully curated music profile has turned into 40000 minutes of pink noise and 500 plays of "Just can't wait to be King"

It's so heartwarming to see the games community finding a place to share the love again. Twitter really sucked and im a big fan of not seeing my timeline constantly polluted with alt right BS

Somehow missed this event (I'm gutted!) but thankfully it was streamed so you can watch the whole thing on youtubes!

I've had a 24/7 Metal Gear Playthrough on in the background whilst working for the last few days, and I cannot believe how incredible MGS2 is 22 years after its release. What an absolute masterpiece of a game.

It is incredibly sad to lose track of the game animation community that once existed on Twitter. I’m sure we’ll all turn up somewhere else, but it had become a really valuable source of all kinds of information for me, even as a fairly passive social media user.
For a lot of us, losing Twitter isn’t really about losing ties to the company itself. It’s losing 10+ years of real, asynchronous communities, professional development, the ability to get gigs and clients, the ability to promo/share your art on an extremely broad scale. The loss of that has impact.

What are we calling tweets here? Skweets? Bloots? The Blues? Blooskies?

Moved into a house after years of living in flats. So far it has consisted of going downstairs before bed to check for slugs and a constant battle with a seemingly endless spawn of moths. Adulthood is weird.

Between Reddit and Twitter, social media is really shitting the bed lately.
