👉 here's what the new `@nuxt/test-utils` setup wizard can do:
● add test dependencies
● configure runner, e2e tests, browser mode
● add sample test files
any module (from @nuxt.com v4.1 or v3.19) can now ship `onInstall` and `onUpgrade` hooks, e.g. for a setup wizard or migrations
