✅ Revenue settlement is good considering what other public services are getting but below long term average

❌ But the big concern is flat capital and no changes (so far) to rules on using private investment

2. Fewer data returns/form filling
3. Focus on outcomes not inputs
4. Trusting people to work things out for their local circumstances
5. Develop greater ambition for the NHS

Good to see this letter from SoS on funding for GPs/primary care for 25/26. The employers NI rise leaves a big gap for primary care & other non-statutory providers. @nhsconfed.bsky.social continues to push for the right outcome but too often non-statutory providers feel like an after thought.
