You might wonder, why with all the other things are they also doing something as pointless as renaming the Gulf of Mexico. It is a test, and pointless is the point. If there was a point you might be complying because of the point. But this you can only be complying because it is Dear Leader's whim.

Trump can be POTUS for 3+ terms but it requires a nation cowering in fear. The 22nd says a person can't be "elected" more than twice. So the GOP nominates two stooges

Let me explain "running out of water". Pumpers pull the typical 20 psi water in the hydrant and boost it to throw. Nobody designs to have every hydrant attached to pumpers. They start to compete. The 20 psi starts dropping. If it goes negative air gets pulled in so they must stop from no pressure.

I wish we could go back to blaming God for things like this. We'd say 'Act of God' and get on with doing what needed to be done for our neighbors. But now I see so many folks opportunistically grasping for their own benefit at whatever theory they can use to blame their favorite target group.
