Amazing. Thanks for this, Eric. The Mill, in all its (post 80s) manifestations, was idiosyncratic enough to defy the late capitalist logic of so many other Morningside Heights establishments: The recessed paintings, the split level seating, the lime rickeys. It make human sense.
