Needles. I did my Mounjaro shot (7.5mg) today (lowest weight yesterday at 241! Mostly stalled out but given the time of the year I am not expecting much. And now 2 new shots as I started TRT this week so first of my biweekly 50mg shots of Testosterone Cypionate.

The advertising got me. But seeing him use it and not scratch my furniture was worth it. #cats

Side effect of #Mounjaro (#GLP1 ) that I didn’t think would affect me? My coffee consumption has drifted way down. I used to be 4 cups a day. Now most days I don’t finish my normal 2 cup drink (and some days none at all). Alcohol is down too but it was already on a downward trend before

On my 13th shot of #mounjaro (staying at 7.5mg). Consistently down 15lb (9lb of fat!). Great BS control(-30). No really notable side effects right now. Upping the workouts as I was sidelined by muscle issues that may have been trigger by the meds (since according to my PT I am super tight).
