If I had to guess it’s mostly on the ends of the spectrum. New grads who don’t know better finding the first template, and then vp+ who typically aren’t going through a normal online application process

Formatting meaning the often colorful and highly segmented resumes with images. The standard ATS software (think Workday, Greenhouse etc) tend to prefer pretty basic text formatting or else it doesn’t parse the information well. The more basic resume will make it through more often

From what I understand, formatting is the best way to get your resume tossed by an automated ATS. Also, I took a look, with 13 years of experience if there’s enough valuable information to take up two pages, don’t feel restricted to one. But also, writing resumes sucks so I get it. Best of luck!

Right sources are saying Colombia “caved” and are sending planes. Is this true? I haven’t been able to find anything to confirm.

It’s not perfect but it’s still in beta. It takes time to develop things. So many projects are left forgotten because we don’t give it time to develop into what it could possibly be. Give it time, don’t count them out yet
