I simply cannot believe that in the year 2025 we're tearing out 41 mature shade trees to build a brand-new palm-lined freeway overpass

Yes, the patent unconstitutionality of the funding freezes deserves more attention. All the more impressive because the lawsuit was organized outside official UC channels
