Even if the world is kind of a dumpster fire, there are glimpses of light in the darkness if you look. I saw a post on the Book of Face searching for a home for these two rescue kittens, and we decided the time was right to add to the family. Say hello to Gamora (L) and Nebula(R)!

Exciting news! I'd love to see him run for the senate seat in 2026, or for Governor of Michigan. Either would be amazing! We need his communication skills, brilliance and willingness to lay out the truth on Faux News.

Memphis, rescued with his litter in Louisiana and brought up to Michigan to be fostered and adopted. He loves the snow!

Memphis got a Bark advent calendar for Christmas, and after two days of delicious treats, he got his first toy yesterday. He played with it ALL DAY. He highly recommends this advent calendar. (I think we got it at Costco.)

I'm starting my journey here after my Book of Face was suspended. I'm still hoping to get it back, but we'll see. In the meantime, I love writing, left-leaning politics, travel, photography, and having as much of a positive impact on the world and the people around me as I can.
