The Temptation of St Anthony has captivated the greats from Bosch to Dali. Tormented by a horde of demons, Anthony doesn’t defeat evil with logic or aggression, but by enduring it, trusting in God’s presence through darkness. Doubt and suffering aren’t interruptions on the path, they are the path!
