Congratulations to a great man who means every word. The National Book Award is lucky to call “One Day, Everyone Will Have Always Been Against This” one of their own.

Reminder: no matter how much gold you hoard, you can’t take it with you. You can, however, cover your skull in it.

Dear Media,
Stop reporting on the actions of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) as if it's official. It's not. Congress has not voted to create it. This is the official website. They are not government. Please treat them accordingly.

This sentence assumes WAY too much. There is no DOGE yet. Congress has to make it a thing. Also GRANTED implies access was officially provided. If someone let them in, they are complicit with leaking federal data.
Real media prints truthful.
So print truth @reuters.com

What an honor to be mentioned by @renedenfeld.bsky.social as a local writer she admires!
For background, @willametteweek.bsky.social made a “50 Portland Writers We Admire list,” and @lidiamiles.bsky.social said “hold my kombucha,” and expanded on it. Portland is blessed to overflow with artistry.
