We had our first LGBTQ+ support network call for a long time at work today. I felt privileged to chair it and it was so powerful hearing people’s stories and experiences and great to have a space to share my own. Looking forward to the group promoting positive change for LGBTQ+ people at work 🏳️🌈😊🏳️⚧️

Felt a bit helpless today so I started by reinvigorating the work LGBTQ+ network with a company wide post making people aware it exists! Met a handful of new members which felt uplifting in these uncertain times! I also deleted Facebook and Twitter 😁
