I think Apple Music is, for my needs, still the best but with it's own set of problems. Apple Music in MacOS 26 is actually much more stable and less janky in a lot of ways, and having apps like Albums and Longplay go a long way for me on the desktop.

Alas, still no iPod socks revival. But this is getting closer!
