So which browser do you all recommend nowadays, on Mac? Brave was nice but pushes crypto like crazy. Mozilla has gotten AI crazy. I prefer stuff not made by Google. I like ad blockers, and having 1password as a plugin.

This is not working. The number of #hackerone report submissions for #curl in 2025 is going through the roof, while the quality is going through the floor.

And the year isn't over yet.

In light of Trump renaming shit to fluff his and white supremacy egos:

Stop naming anything after people. Don't make statues of people. Or buildings. Or bases. Nothing. Just name them abstract nouns. "Freedom Center for the Arts" or "Constitution Air Force Base" or "Victory Hall". Idk you can […]

Do you guys have a favorite VPS provider in Europe? I'm using Hetzner right now, but would like another server with another supplier. Servers in the 5-10 Euro range are sufficient.

This little tool of mine may be useful for people who like fail2ban, but want something simpler. It also blocks entire IP ranges instead of just individual addresses, which has turned out to be effective against googleusercontent.com and similar domains.

Det är vidrigt. Inhumant. Människofientligt. Barbariskt.
Before ACA, many Americans couldn’t afford insurance

Alex Smith was a diabetic who got kicked off his Mom’s insurance at 26

He made 35k a year which was “too much” for Medicaid, but not nearly enough to cover insurance premiums

He had to ration his insulin & died a month after losing insurance
Insulin's High Cost Leads To Lethal Rationing
Alec Raeshawn Smith was 23 when diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and 26 when he died. He couldn't afford $1,300 per month for his insulin and other diabetes supplies, so he tried to stretch the doses.
