If you're curious, here are the shows we'll be watching this cour. It was a little on the light side for us, but I think we have an interesting line-up. (I also can't let all this be said without crediting @broshades.bsky.social for all her hard work managing dinner plans and cooking with me, too)

After (or during) the presentation, everyone fills out a little survey and rates each anime from Interested, Maybe, Not Interested and Veto. Once that is submitted, I sort the results and we end up usually watching the top 4 most rated anime that don't have a veto.

I host an Anime Night for my friends every Tuesday. Towards the end of each quarter, I compile a list of all the anime that will be airing next cour (excluding sequels to stuff we haven't watched together + isekai). I turn all that into a big presentation with genre, demo, a pitch and a trailer.

Saw our first Doom island last night and got a Crown Vic as a little treat.

Don't talk to me, or my wife (open to interpretation), ever again.
