Yet if I grab my phone for a second on a red light I get a ticket.

I find this so ridiculous because I don't think grandpa got a ticket for reading the news or a magazine on a red light. In fact I could grab ads flyer from my passenger seat and read it and not get in trouble.

It's only paper to then now that they want to walk over it. But for any good thing we have ever wanted they would always yell unconstitutional even when it isn't.

Totally disgusting, companies get a slap on the wrist, the money savings are often much more than the fine.
