Reading it felt like someone had reached inside me and lifted that burden, even if just a little.

I just couldn't hold it in anymore, I broke down in tears. That sentence hit me so deeply. It perfectly described the feeling I've been carrying for months, a weight I didn't even know how to put into words.

my size and weight, that's saying a lot.

Even though I know crying can help heal you from the inside, I still carry this "manly" grudge that society has drilled into me. But today, after reading @fasterthanli.me’s post, specifically this passage
