Can confirm with two curled dog butts.

I can cross two this off of my list for this year. Seeing Amigo the Devil, and The Builders and the Butchers.

While I may be struggling right now it was nice to listen to munitions who have been on my Playlist for years and hear their thoughts and words as they played music from the heart.

Oh and Velcro dog number two has been taking turns between me and my partner. It's a full time job.

I went camping this weekend. Miso has never been a lap dog in the 15 years I have had him; even as a 6 week old puppy (yes. Gifted to me far too young) but he is a leg dog. I have been home for a few hours and I'm covered in dog fur. Velcro mode activated. Nothing competes with this kind of love.

Enjoy my contribution to the pool of images of Joanns that have been resurrected as Spirit Halloween in 2025. #Spirithalloween #ripjoanns

Made myself feel lost and small (Happy first day of Bi visibility month and Labor Day). 19 miles in Silver Falls National Park. When I arrived, there was no one; when I left, the lot appeared to be hosting a large family reunion? I hope they had a good day, too.

It's this kind of day. I went to the gym, and now im making a giant put of chili and some cornbread. The summer is blues season for me, so now that the temperature is drifting back below 80s, I'm starting to feel alive again.

I'm not saying I have been favorited, but the weird stray finds me every week day, and after a couple of years, I wouldn't change the awkward walks we have.

Still here.

She's beauty, she's grace, she's the epitome of... well, she's a contestant for the largest giant house spider I've seen while moving the wood pile. Excuse me, ma'am.

Last year, this took me nearly 11 hours. I was under trained and only a few months off of an emergency surgery, but my only goal was to complete. This year, I just wanted to finish faster than last year, and I did! By well over 2 hours! #mammothmarchoregon2025

Still here. Here's the odd one out of the crows I feed. It never makes any sounds when it finds me just lands very close. Patiently waits. Gets peanuts. Most of the others like to make a ton of noise to tell each other I'm around.

Exactly.

Someone really went beast mode at the gym yesterday. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how you bust off the adjustment handle on one of these machines. Still, leg day was done, and once I recover from these DOMS, I will continue my mission of being "strong like bear."

Funny looking dog...

Mentally, I feel like garbage. All I can think about this term of grad school ends again with the #oregonmammothmarch over 20 miles of hiking while everything is still falling apart. #silverfallsstatepark

I used my day off from work to spiral. What started with school work, then searching my office high and low for needed documents going 12 years back for professional licensure (CADCII)submission at the end of the month led to finally removing 30 books from my 500+ mini office library. IYKYK

Dogbed? No thanks. His entire life, Miso has had a papasan chair of his very own. He uses this seat in the house to judge perspective visitors and nap.

Making the slow move over so to christen the voyage here is one of "the boys". After a few years of handing out peanuts on my lunch walks, the local crows have taken to flowing me around the neighborhood near my work. And yes. It unsettles some of my coworkers.
