I made my first two loaves of homemade bread yesterday!

A multigrain with oats, sunflower seeds, black and white sesame seeds, and poppy seeds.

And, a simple Dutch oven loaf with garlic olive oil, flaky sea salt, and a hint of maple.

They turned out so yummy 🥹

I really tried to get out of bed this morning, but, it’s super cold and when I sat down on the bed to put on warm socks, Penelope struck (she climbed in my lap and fell asleep)

Penelope will do whatever it takes to sit with Charlie (she stayed dangling off the edge for about five minutes until she slid off the tower and fully curled up in the basket with him).
