Oh I’m glad you asked, there’s a whole coffee flavor wheel of different tasting notes! If it’s pulled correctly you can taste the different notes and flavors whether it’s espresso, pour over, etc.! I’ve literally had some that tasted like cotton candy and tasted sweet!
