The Eston Riverside golf course had to close for the remainder of their season because of flooding. These environmental factors would’ve put a dent in their revenue for that year.

When I was in high school playing volleyball my coach always got to choose what practice times he wanted first. This was because our team had always performed the best when compared to the men’s or junior teams. Also if the original schedule didn’t work for the team, he had the power to switch times

I like to do something similar when I play sports; I usually have candy or Gatorade on the sideline because the sugar can be used as a quick energy source!

I think competitive eating is an interesting way to look at deviance vs. obedience. In reality, competitive eaters are overconforming because they are eating excess food. However, to them they might just be meeting the standards of food training for their next competition.

As someone who wants to work with athletes in the future, I believe that it is important that I model a physically active lifestyle. This might include going to the gym everyday and playing adult league recreational sports.
