My flock was not very particular about this. Just pick a day to observe. Any day. We had different shifts to accommodate choices. Our little group didn’t believe in magic numbers, just life.

Ah, good question. It varies by faith and denomination. Some pick 0-day. Some pick 5-day. Some have a floating calendar. Some remain in separate communities with their own calendar.

It’s a new caramelization technique. They’re a bit darker than usual, but I think they turned out nicely.
