personally speaking - stuff like progressive hints for puzzles are LIFESAVERS. most games these days have quest logs if you have multiple tasks, but i don't see hints that function the way i want them to very often (they hint, then get gradually more obvious until you get the answer straight up)

you might not be able to implement them all (and some things won't be relevant like motion sickness prevention) but it's a really good place to start imo, it's like a beginner's tour

it's not a complete guide or anything, but i really recommend looking at game maker's toolkit on youtube. they're short videos but even being disabled myself they helped me better understand both my needs and how games can help cater to them better!

many such cases... it's kinda infuriating that it's "that easy" (though accepting it is a massive battle in reality) but that fades quickly bc now u have more joy than ever!!!
