One thing I hate when navigating Chronic Illness at doctors appointments. I’m so used to masking my symptoms that on the outside I’m smiling and friendly, but doctors take that as you not feeling sick. 👏THAT IS NOT THE CASE👏 #POTS #hEDS #ChronicIllness #EDS #Disability

These electric carts are the best for those who have a hard time with joint pain. You just gently push the tab up and down. It takes little force. Better than the ones that make you squeeze a bar because those take more force than I can give and hurts my fingers. #EDS #ChronicIllness #POTS

Remember, this Holiday season is different for everyone. You don’t know what someone is going through. Maybe they have lost a loved one and this is their first holiday without them. This may not be a happy time for them especially having to spend the Holiday without those lost. Be kind to others.
