On Halloween I saw a UPS guy of that flavor and he ran into TWO SMALL CHILDREN DRESSED AS UPS GUYS and they were all taking pictures.

I’m really enjoying the “drop her off at 10” ease of 9yo play dates. So much easier than with little ones.

That’s awesome! Aforementioned 9yo however informs me that it doesn’t count because the fish can’t explore the whole space station.

Based on my experience not buying the first pretty great house: If it doesn’t have big dealbreakers, just buy it and save yourself the ordeal of house hunting.
