I have unironically done this, salt takes away the bitter aftertaste of beer. That might be why I didn't get invited to any other parties by that group now I think of it.

As a transit operator let me tell you, we're not having a good time either. Being this loaded down makes the job harder; both in terms of safety and schedule. Fortunately in my area only the campus route gets this bad.
