Shout out to the band performing on the grounds of a disability care home for a disability charity who asked for the *entire* audience (a significant number of which were watching from mobility scooters) to stand *3 times* and threw in a Stevie Wonder blind-person joke for good measure.

My favourite thing about the nhs 'complex trauma pathway' mandatory group psychoeducation was the bit when the course leader knocked over a chair and 16 people with PTSD had simultaneous out-of-body-experiences as their nervous systems short circuited.

Sometimes you just...back out of the room slowly until they have finished their...rituals?
