I feel I'm gonna get shit for saying that but it's completely true, the whole thing about the unspoken rule of not modding your games on a first run is a social contract you can break if you don't like the game. Much as I like this guy, he's a reviewer whose main bread and butter is platformers, of course he'd prefer the controller that makes the jump button bigger and not think of the consequences for, like, idk, fast paced action games.
