As I dipped some bread in the olive oil, some dribbled on my side plate. So I added some micro-greens from my plate and a sliver of the grilled chicken.
I’m charging $75 for this plate and hoping to compete on next season of #topchef.

At the end of #TopGunMaverick, Mav takes Penny up in his Mustang. I realize that Tom Cruise owns that mustang, so that’s why they used it. But I feel like Mav, being a naval aviator, would own a Corsair, not a Mustang.
