Forgot to mention that Stanley has recently turned double digits! Yes, my grumpy baby boy is 10 now. Here he is at his playdate ignoring the other dog so he can focus on what really matters, his ball.

Some students in my Soc of Pop Culture class made up a fake movie for their final group presentation to show their knowledge of the production of culture approach. It's about killer robots. One of their slides revealed a guest star. ME! This awful pic of me was on a slide for all to see. It ruled.

I had mostly listened to fairly tame stuff before I heard this in my 1st year of college. The first few notes of the first track are imprinted on my brain. Pretty sure this was my gateway into the world of art rock and prog rock, in general.

My grumpy dog Stanley is 9 today!
Here's a picture of my dog Stanley. He is insanely grumpy and barks at the TV when any animal (animated or real) shows up. He's pretty gassy today for some reason. I love him SOOOOO much.
