2/2 Having read (or at least skimmed) a zillion nonfiction hardbacks over the last few years, I conclude that @uchicagopress.bsky.social books have the best paper quality. It is a pleasure to turn the pages. That is all. :)

There's a section (7.66) called "Words and phrases used as words." But you have to have a log-in to see it, so, that's as far as I got. :/

So, the online version of the manual makes no mention of either term -- but, I'm not surprised; they're very specific!
