The Qld Human Rights Act & Basic Rights Qld led advocacy stopped a Qld local council evicting people with nowhere else to go & risk serious harm if forced out. The case continues.

In a win for ACT communities having a right to clean air, safe water, and a healthy environment, the right to a healthy environment is now in effect after laws passed last year by ACT Legislative Assembly.
