YIKES. like, I absolutely LOVE how crochet is so flexible, but if it's a paid garment pattern I would expect at least: hook size, the yarn THEY used in their promo photos, and a gauge swatch with BOTH stitches and rows. Surely they had to do that for themselves at some point?
