it took a while, but i finally got back to working on it! it's been fired and i've put some northcote glazes on there, glaze firing soon and REALLY hoping the details will come through alright

Gosh, this took so many iterations and learning of how to work with slab clay, but I'm super happy with it now! Now the hope is that it dries evenly and fires well

There are for sure some results I would've liked to turn out differently. The pink glaze barely showed, for instance. But, it's supremely cool to be here seeing the end results! And a fairly incident-free first firing!

LOOK AT THIS SHIT. that line of light is coming from inside the kiln, through the crack between the lid and the main body. That light is coming from EVERYTHING in the kiln, not just the heating elements
