I got put on one of those. The owner got banned.
I maintain two lists - one of untagged NSFW artists and the other of *actual* trolls who haven't been caught yet - and one of them decided to put me on a list in retaliation for ending up on mine.

Troll posted something disgusting (presumably blood libel), got blocked, another troll told the person who blocked to commit suicide and is now feigning innocence.
