As far as I understand, no school should discriminate a person based on race, sexuality, or gender in their pursuit of education. Funding any program that supports preferential treatment of any should not be supported by the federal government.

and that 'mint condition' is what? What should the atmosphere be like? What animals that thrive now will die if Earth went to that 'mint condition'? What are the negative consequences that could come from forcing such changes? Who will resist besides big corporations and why?

Okay... so what is the normal or ideal for the planet? You say self preservation but honestly, humanity has thrived in harsh conditions and extreme circumstances. What people are calling a crisis now may in actuality be a nonissue in the long run. Humanity can and will adapt and progress after all.

Okay so how do we know that this is not the normal for Earth itself to go through cycles where in biodiversity changes with it and adapts? Even rapid changes like when volcanoes explode where the entire area is decimated of life?

Okay... How? Like seriously, how? What needs to change? What is the ideal? Why is that ideal the ideal? Is climate change really a bad thing or is it a good thing? How does addressing climate change help with other majorly important issues in the world?
