Semitic means languages including Arabic, Aramaic and Hebrew among others, so a Palestinian is unlikely to be anti-Semitic, and supporting Palestineans would be a pro Semitic choice.

It is commercial finance, along with online retailers, causing empty commercial buildings.
If Landlords accept lower paying tenants, then the worth of their buildings has dropped and they would default on their mortgages.
Business would be stronger if this was fixed with lower costs for space.
