Makes sense. Good OO architecture is good for the developer, not the software.

It's telegraphed well, but some enemies that are supposed to be harder will pull an Elden Ring and bait a lot. Just don't expect to win every fight the first try like in a modern Final Fantasy game, you're supposed to learn the fights.

That's fantastic to read. Is this something you think would be beneficial to contribute back to the engine? Or is it something better suited for your particular workflow?

Just coming back to this message. The beta 2 does fix a bug with UID file duplication. Maybe related?

Got it. Then only after I actually play the game I can comment on its gameplay. I had a guess watching videos that it was intentionally deliberate, but maybe it's just clunky for no reason?

These should be classified as scams. If they allow me to pay later, that's not "for free". It's all counting on you entering your credit card details and forget you created the account

I found this by accident when I was adding an audio system interactive resource and saw the randomizer was one of the options

Haven't played it. Have you played and what do you think about Dark Souls? Action games nowadays are split between Devil May a Cry like (very fast and responsive, anything can be cancelled into anything) and Dark Souls like (very deliberate, actions have consequences, slower).

I don't believe they'll do it unless it becomes a common issue. I don't know how it happened but it's most likely a bug right now. Other than that, this will 99% of the time be caused by human error. Another alternative is to just delete the UID file. The editor will generate a new one.

I think you can just open the UID file and write a new value.
