Took my last exam for this semester yesterday! Celebrated by making a big pot of minestrone soup and starting my next batch of homemade saurkraut w/ apples, juniper berries and caraway seeds. Looking forward to having more time to cook these next few weeks before I am back at it!👩‍🍳
