The USA is absolutely not broken beyond repair lol. We are in a crisis, we’ve been in many before, including worse. It’s a big country with a lot of history, t’is but one chapter. Saying it’s broken beyond repair is a statement of unacceptable nihilism. Tomorrow will come, let’s make it better

And the beauty of the tech is that we can still have cool cars. Have a Porsche? When you drive it on to a closed track the gps knows that and turns all the road going restrictions off. or if you’ve got a Raptor and you’re dune running it can know and turn it off

I think these can be smart enough now to set to 10 mph over the posted speed limit. this allows you to move with the flow of traffic, which is safer, while preventing you from traveling at a speed that is too incongruous to the road design. Then slow more streets down.
