Perhaps because he doesn't understand demographics, or the history of past U.S. elections, or pay attention to election totals, Fintan doesn't grasp that the power transfer after 2024 far exceeded the vote differential. Dems barely lost the House and the popular vote & won 4 of 5 swing Senate races.

I'm with you. Sometimes we can say obvious tactical errors were made (like Dukakis/Kerry not fighting back aggressively when they were attacked/defined), but other times structural factors just aren't on our side.
