It'll be interesting to see how many trusts respond by increasing restriction instead of building therapeutic relationships. We count "AWOL", as far as I can tell we don't count "unlawfully prevented from leaving the ward".

I hate the way those articles always have some kind of "we offered him services and he didn't engage" instead of honestly saying that substance use services are in chaos because of years of underfunding and moral judgementalism, and they're simply not accessible.
